Most places that sell you a motorcycle exhaust are a website. We are a dealership.
There is a building, and you can stand in it
Riders Parts is the parts and accessories arm of Riders Miami Motorsports β a working motorcycle dealership at 1926 NE 154th St, North Miami Beach, Florida. There is a showroom. There is a service department. There are technicians who spend their day with bikes on lifts, and a parts counter they walk over to when something does not fit.
That counter is the same one answering this website. When you email parts@ridersmiami.com or call +1 645-239-3174, you are talking to the dealership, during dealership hours, about parts they order every day.
Why that matters when you are about to spend $1,900
The big online parts retailers are catalogs with a support queue attached. Ask them whether a slip-on clears your bike's rear hugger and you will get a link back to the same spec sheet you were already looking at.
Ask us and somebody who has fitted one goes and looks.
This is the practical difference, and it is most of the reason to buy here:
- Fitment gets checked by a person. Give us your year, make and model, your VIN, or a photo of the part you are pulling off. We confirm before you spend anything. This site has no automated fitment lookup and we would rather tell you that than let a filter guess on your behalf.
- We stand behind the check. If we confirm a part fits and it does not, that is our error and we make it whole β full refund including your original shipping, or the right part sent out.
- Someone can put it on. The service department is in the same building. If you would rather not fit a set of rearsets on your kitchen floor, book it in.
- Warranty goes through a dealer. A defective part is a claim we file with the manufacturer for you, not a form you fill in alone. See warranty.
What we sell
Exhausts, tires, brakes, suspension, filters, drivetrain, luggage β and the gear that goes on the rider: helmets, jackets, gloves, boots and body armour. Brands include Alpinestars, AGV, HJC, AkrapoviΔ, LeoVince, Γhlins, Dunlop, Michelin, Metzeler, Pirelli, Biltwell, Drag Specialties and Thor. The full list is on All Brands.
Everything is new and genuine to the brand on the box. We do not deal in counterfeit, grey-market or used parts.
The catalog on this site is aftermarket. Factory OEM part numbers β Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, BMW, Ducati, KTM β go through the parts counter instead: see OEM Parts.
How your order actually reaches you
We are honest about this because it affects how fast your part arrives. Most orders ship direct from our distributor's regional depots β Wisconsin, New York, Texas, Nevada and North Carolina β whichever one is nearest you and holding the item. Your exhaust does not detour through Florida to reach Oregon.
Shipping is $9.95 flat, free over $49, within the United States only. Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive 3 to 5 business days after that. Detail on the shipping information page.
