Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible

• The item must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging with all tags and documentation.
• Helmets and other safety equipment must be unworn, with the visor film and all labels intact. Safety equipment that has been worn or dropped cannot be returned.
• Electrical parts, tuning modules and special-order items are non-returnable once installed or programmed.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number within 10 days of delivery and we will issue a return authorisation and the correct warehouse address. Returns sent without authorisation cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong part.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our cost.
