Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates
- $9.95 flat rate on all orders.
- Free shipping on orders of $150 or more.
Delivery time
Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Orders containing several items may ship in more than one parcel and arrive on different days.
Signature on delivery
Orders valued at $100 or more require a signature on delivery. Please use a delivery address where someone can sign during business hours.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a further shipping charge.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive when tracking says it was delivered, contact us within 48 hours at dealer@ridersmiami.com with your order number and we will resolve it.
